Habesha Breweries has just entered the market with Habesha Beer. We are in the process of building an ever stronger and professional organization to support our business. We are looking for competent and highly motivated professionals for following vacant posts.
Major Duties and responsibilities;
- Develop proactive brand management strategy.
- Responsible in developing and constantly update brand Strategy for the existing and new portfolio of brands which includes Brand Concept development with clear Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning strategy ;product strategy development; packaging and etc..
- Take a lead in the development of periodic communication message theme and the complete designing of marketing campaigns and insure their execution.
- Develop the annual activity plan for all ATL communications with all resource ‘requirements.
- Take a lead on the development and implementation of brand communication standard documents i.e. brand book, brand communication guideline
- Take a lead in managing creative companies, production companies and Media.
Job Requirements; BA in Marketing Management, Management or related fields with minimum of 5 years related experience profitably in brand management especially in FMCG companies.
• Proficiency on excel, PowerPoint, word and Internet usage
• Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.
• Having valid driving License
