Job Description

Key Result Areas:

Strategic Planning

?Establishing territory strategies for achievement of topline & bottomline targets.

?   Business planning and assessing revenue potential within business opportunities

?   Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements & communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.

?   Increase Branch volume & Profitability.

Sales & Marketing/ Business Development

?Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

?Managing sales and marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.

?Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.

?   Exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches.

?Conceptualizing & implementing services plans / policies for the organization, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of business goals.

Channel Management

?Identifying and appointing dealers; establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

?Implementing corporate guidelines at dealerships to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets; upgrading existing dealer infrastructure.

?Conceptualising, planning and organising brand promotion activities by developing new communication mix and new strategies for brand launch.

?Finalizing new dealership areas where ever unrepresented and organizing review meeting for assessing performance of dealer.

Key Accounts Management

?Mapping client’s requirements & providing best products to suit their requirements; generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability & sales growth.

?   Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major corporate & institutional clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

?   Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

?   Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.

Team Management

?Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational sales related departments.

?   Training the team & ensuring adherence to the norms; reviewing yearly performance of sales team in the states for reporting to top management.

?Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
