Major duties and responsibilities

• Provide expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all aspects of Recruitment and Selection, employee relations, employee benefit and administration, employee engagement, practices, policies, training, etc.


• Responsible for HR integration activities.


• Ensure 100% HR compliance.


• Facilitating staff Performance appraisal.


• Organizing training.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related fields from the accredited university.


• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources Management.


• Familiar with local labor law proclamation.
