To Conduct Qualitative Study for Midterm Evaluation of MULU/MARPS HIV Prevention Project

1. PSI Ethiopia, an International Non-governmental Organization, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders meeting the below criteria.


2. Bidders may obtain bidding documents from PSI Ethiopia Office (See Address Below) during office hours starting from October 5, 2015 until October 16, 2015by paying a non-refundable fee of Br. 50 (fifty birr).


3. Wax sealed and stamped bid documents (separate technical and financial proposals) must be delivered to PSI Ethiopia office on or before Friday October 16, 2015, 4:00 p.m. late bids shall be rejected. at any time


4. PSI Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Relevant qualifications and experience (profile) of proposed Key Personnel (KP) for the study (permanent/ on call) ;

Evidence of commitment and availability of key personnel (proposed level of effort, validated through letters of commitment and interview process);

Adequacy of proposed organogram; numbers and types of staff proposed for the successful implementation of the study.

Experience of firm/consultant with similar studies, donors and scope (at least three similar studies with similar scope implemented by applicant)

Experience of firm/consultant working on research in the public health sector at least for five years.
