Project Manager Assistant

Job Description

The Construction Project Manager Assistant works for the General Contractor’s Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Field Staff and Executive Staff to assist in the following: acts as a liaison with Owners, Architects, Engineering and Tenants regarding project feasibility, cost, scheduling, completion, and close-out for multiple private and public construction projects. This position is also responsible for design development
Participation, pre-construction, construction and tenant coordination. Project Manager Assistant will also maintain constant and effective communications with team members, internal/external customers and vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Bsc Degree in Civil Engineering or comparable degree required


• 5 + years of experience in the area


• Above 2 project experiences and each should more than 10,000 square meters


• Knowledge of principles of project management for building construction; theory, principles and practices of engineering and architecture related to design and construction.


• Knowledge of state and local politics and permitting procedures.


• High drive to succeed coupled with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
