Asella Flower Farm PLC is located in Wolisso with 12 hectares planted and a total land size of 20 hectares. The job posting of Warehouse Supervisor will be at our Ethiopian farm in Wolisso, Obi Koji area.
Tasks and work description
Secure and control WarehouseOrganize Warehouse according to code of practice; material, tools, fertilizer and chemicalsEnsure all AFF staff follows Warehouse RulesRegister all items out on Storage Requisition Book or Store Issue VoucherRegister all items in and out on BIN-cards and in ExcelCollect Delivery Notes for all items in, return copies of all delivery notes to Addis Head OfficeExecute annual, monthly and random stock countsInform and report when items are missingReport monthly consumption- and -purchasingReport monthly stock ending balance Fill out purchasing requests and assist in follow-up of purchasingCheck monthly order prepared by Farm Manager Keep registration of Farm Safety Material and advise Farm Manager when to place new ordersDefine minimum stock per item and report if stock is below minimumSupervise Warehouse Assistants
Type Of contract: 3 Months’ probation followed by permanent
