Moti Engineering PLC invite applicant for the following Field.

Position: Senior Network and System Administrator

Experience:

• Experience of working in high availability network infrastructure environment with


• Microsoft Exchange Servers, Windows


• Server 2008/2012 network infrastructure software is desirable;


• Microsoft Training and Certification is mandatory.


• Minimum of Four years of experience on Windows system management and technology environment.

Education/Training /Specialist/Knowledge:

• A minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Science or related discipline such as Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.


• Knowledge of network infrastructure software, hardware, networking, and communication technologies and their strategic application to a network management software;


• Active Directory knowledge/experience;


• DNS, DHCP, ISA, Terminal Server knowledge/experience;


• Microsoft and Cisco Certification is a plus


• Detailed IT systems knowledge is required specifically in System admin, desktop support;

• Excellent people management skills, especially the ability to work with a number of interlocking teams and staff at all levels within the MOENCO;

• Solid understanding of IP networking; addressing, enterprise routing protocols, switching, monitoring and maintenance techniques, performance and capacity management, network security and client/ server systems.


• Microsoft and Cisco industry certifications are a plus.


• Thorough understanding of network security principles, practices, and operations. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to work closely

with upper management, act as a vendor liaison, and write proposals, internal procedure and other documents.

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing is required, including ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large and small groups.
