McKinsey & Company is a management consulting firm that helps leading corporations and organizations make distinctive, lasting and substantial improvements in their performance. McKinsey is looking for experts for an anticipated programme with the Government of Ethiopia to build an investment advisory facility focused around four key areas: energy, urban development, trade logistics, and cross-cutting issues. The experts will be responsible for the delivery, management, and quality assurance of technical assistance related to the Government’s investment decisions in the four priority areas.

Energy Experts: The energy experts will be responsible for the delivery, management, and quality assurance of technical assistance related to the Government of Ethiopia’s energy investment decisions, as well as joining a team responsible for developing good relationships with Government of Ethiopia counterparts in energy. The experts will report directly to the Team Leader in the Programme Management Unit. The positions are based in Ethiopia.
