Medecins Sans Frontieres France is an international medical humanitarian organization, involved in different medical emergencies and health programs in Ethiopia since 1985. MSF France is providing In-patient and Out-patient services including a therapeutic feeding center and maternity services for Refugees in various projects within the Gambella Region and seeks to recruit the following position:
LOCATION:
JEWI Refugee Camp located within the Gambella Region
PURPOSE:
The Nurse is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patent in the MSF project assigned under the responsibility of the MSF Nurse Manager. The position will be filled for either IPD or OPD depending on the selected candidates skill set.
DURATION: 31st August 2015 with a possibility of extension
Job Summary:
Performs accurate assessment of vital signs, medical orders, documents results, and provides quality nursing care to all patient under the assigned responsibility.Informs and collaborates with the supervising Nurse Manager and Nurse Supervisor about patient’s general condition and recognizes abnormalities.Ensure the implementation and standardization of MSF F nursing protocols.Communicates appropriately with fellow nurses and nursing supervisor to maintain quality medical care and good medical team work
