CAFOD, SCIAF and Trόcaire (CST) represent the official development agencies of the Catholic Church in England and Wales, Scotland and Ireland. In Ethiopia, the three agencies work jointly to address the poverty alleviation and humanitarian crisis through our local, international NGOs and the catholic church of Ethiopia.
CAFOD (on behalf of CAFOD, SCIAF and Trocaire) is currently looking for an Ethiopian citizenfor the position of Senior Programme Officer-Livelihoods based in Ethiopia. The Senior Programme Officer – Livelihoods will report to the Programme Manager.
The person will have overall responsibility to manage and develop the sustainable livelihoods programme including managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners at both operational and strategic level, ensuring effective monitoring and learning that feeds into the wider organisation, ensuring the overall financial management of the programme and developing institutional grants to grow the programme. The person will have line management responsibility for at least 2 staff members.
