 Job Position:  Liaison Officer


Duties and Responsibilities


Must have complete understanding of Immigration Rules of EthiopiaMust have good understanding of immigration rules of other countries viz., India in association with EthiopiaMust be well versed with entire documentation w.r.t. Immigration RequirementsMust handle processing of New / Renewal of Work and Resident permits for expats joining from other countriesMust handle VISA processing for Staff Members or Guests visiting from other Branches of Cadila and / or Associated Companies (Partners)Handle Air flight bookings for Local and International travelers and confirm the air Ticket to the concerned Staff or GustFleet Management of Company VehiclesEncourages international staff’s registration in their respective embassy, having information about the respective embassy available upon arrival of new international staff in the missionManage Hotel Reservations and Vehicle arrangements for GuestsClosely work with internal departments to understand team movements within and outside Ethiopia and organize travel / hotel arrangementsIdentify authorized service providers w.r.t. Hotel, Fleet in Ethiopia and other countries of operationManage the daily attendance record of Addis Ababa Office Staff and liaison with HRD for necessary updatesMonitoring vehicle fleet management and ensure the vehicle running cost is within the prescribed limitsAny other relevant requirements as might come up from time to time



Qualification / Competencies Required:


Qualification : BA in International Business / Any graduation with specialization in LogisticsOther Qualification : IATA certified / trainedExperience : Minimum 2years of relevant experienceLanguages : Good command in English and Amharic, both written and spokenKnowledge : MsOffice, Any flight booking software knowledgeKey Competence : Quick turnaround time and availability over phone / email during non-working hours given the importance of travel operationsAge : Below 30yearsGender : FemaleSalary : Per Industry StandardsWork Location : Addis Ababa
