1. Senior Officer

Under the immediate supervision of the Card Banking and POS Management Section Head, the incumbent supports, monitors, and controls the operation of Point of Sales (POS) Switches; Terminals; Merchants; transactions; and disputes of the Bank; Support acquisition, and implementation of payment card system and service such as MasterCard; VISA; Zemen cards through POS System.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Information Systems/Electrical Engineering, or related

Work Experience: Four years of experience out of which two years on POS, and Payment card support

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Hands on Experience on POS System (switch; Terminal; and Merchant)

• Knowledge of basic banking & credit procedures

• Good skill in IT Application

• Working in teams, cooperation and commitment

• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems

2. Junior Officer, ATM Support

Under the immediate supervision of the Section Head, Card Acquiring and Online Banking, the incumbent handles the technical operation and support of Automatic Transaction Machines (ATM) switches, ATM terminals, and card transactions.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Systems or related

Work Experience:

• Not required

• Only graduates of 2014 whose CGPA is 3.00 and above are eligible to apply

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic banking & credit procedures.

• Skill in IT Application and Hardware

• Working in teams, cooperation and commitment.

• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problem.

• Compute and design skills.

3. Junior Card Production Operator (Debit Card Clerk)

Under the supervision of the Head-Card Banking Section, the incumbent handles Debit Card Production and card stock management.

Education: Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.

Work Experience:

• Not required

• Only graduates of 2014 whose CGPA is 3.00 and above are eligible to apply.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Preferably Knowledge of card production systems.

• Interpersonal skills to manage customers and internal staff at all levels.

• Problem and solution management

4. Junior Infrastructure Officer

Under the Supervision of Manager- Infrastructure Division, the incumbent is responsible to undertake User support and customer service on Zemen supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

Education: Bachelor degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IS, or related

Work Experience:

• Not required

• Only graduates of 2014 whose CGPA is 3.00 and above are eligible to apply

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of hardware and network

• Ability to work with the team

• A+/N+ knowledgeable (certification preferred)

• Have a good presentation, interpersonal and human relation skill
