Control the overall process of the line and food safety system and follow and record data in each unit operation.
Detail duties and responsibilities
1. Monitor the availability of sanitary material (glove, hand sanitizers), efficient and effective utilization.
2. Inspection of raw materials, packing materials.
3. Ensure all machineries are clean and safe for production operation.
4. Monitor products are produced according to the company, customer and other applicable standards/requirements.
5. Prevent or minimize losses and properly manage wastes.
6. Monitor the cleanness, sanitation, maintenance, pest control, waste management and the overall GHP, GMP and FSMS of the processing line
7. Check whether all workers are properly using their safety materials for themselves and for the product safety and quality.
8. Take instructions from Quality supervisor and implement accordingly.
9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities passed on.
Requirement: – Diploma/Certificate in chemistry/Industrial Engineering 2/3 years of experience.
