Job Title 1: Import Officer


Type of Position: Full -Time


Salary: Negotiable


Job Summary


The import assistant is responsible for arranging the movement of goods and flow of paperwork to ensure Customs clearances are obtained quickly and deliveries are made in good time.


Essential Functions:


• Provide relevant information pertaining to imported goods to the manager.


• Maintain import data and verify information accuracy.


• Coordinate all deliveries and arrangements from the customs authority to facility.


• Prepares, carries outs and checks on the follow-up of import operations


• Check goods as they arrive against paperwork.


• Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs


• Assist the import manager with projects as requested.


Educational Requirements: A college diploma in logistics, purchasing or any other business related filed.


Work Experience: A minimum of two years experience in a relevant position.


Required skills: Knowledge of the Import Industry including documentations and regulations.


Job Title 2: Financial Accountant


Type of Position: Full -Time


Salary: Negotiable


Job Summary: Supports financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data


Essential Functions:


• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data;


• Prepares quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.


• Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations. Responds to financial inquiries.


• Provides financial advice by studying operational issues;


• Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets. Recommending ways to cut off costs


• Ensure cash is collected from customers on timely basis.


• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures


• Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations


• Accepts other responsibilities as directed by the management


Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and other related fields.


Work experience requirement: 3-5 years’ of relevant work experience.


Required Skills


• Develops solutions to complex problems, which require use of creativity.


• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.


Job Title 3: Production Manager


Type of Position: Full -Time


Salary: Negotiable


Job Summary: A production manager is involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.


Essential Functions:


• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.


• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.


• Drafting a timescale for the job.


• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel


• Working out the human and material resources needed.


• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.


• Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.


• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes.


• Liaising among different departments, e.g. accounting, sales.


• Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.


Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering and other related fields.

Job Title 4: Sales Administration Manager


Department: Sales


Salary: Negotiable


Job Summary


Supports sales efforts by guiding and administering sales operations; monitoring and reporting sales results; managing staff.


Essential Functions:


• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.


• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.


• Collaborates with Operation M. to develop strategies to improve market share. Educates sales team by establishing programs/trainings


• Plan and implement a specific appraisal system.


• Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.


• Holds regular meeting with sales staff.


• Constructively handles all customer complaints related to sales. Generate numbers for company to determine if sales goals have been met.


• Regularly reports (Daily, weekly and monthly) all issues regarding sales to Sales M.


Educational Requirements:


A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred.


Work Experience Requirements


• 3-5 years’ of relevant work experience.


• Preference is given to candidates with ample experience in manufacturing industry.


Required Skills


• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.


• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
