Major duties and responsibilities of Service Solution Sales Manager are:
Responsible for achieving Service Sales Target as well as Customer Satisfaction Target of the Key Account;As 1st owner of service solution, perform various customer interface activities deeply and accordantly to support the organization level customer relationship. Find & identify customer requirements, pain points to drive the customized service solution development and the sales actions, meanwhile take responsibility of service solution satisfaction.Organize and participate in Service project Bidding, provide competitive and deliverable service solution and quotation to support product and service saleGood communication and coordination ability. Required Skill and Qualification
Bachelor degree or above.1~3 years relevant working experience in similar field work experience is preferred.Good at English speaking and writing.Familiar with MS office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).Knowledge of basic computer processing skillGood communication and coordination ability. Good team work spirit.
