Summary of duties and responsibility
Operates a multiline telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and directs callers to appropriate employees.Provides callers with information about the Company.Welcomes visitors and informs appropriate staffs of their arrivals.Supports Office Supervisor with daily operations.Schedules all travel plans for Directors.Completes paperwork for travel expenses and reimbursements for DirectorsPerforms other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying and collating.Sends, receives and routes faxes.Creates and maintains client contact files.Receives, sorts and routes mail/packages and maintains
Required Qualification and Experience
Diploma in secretarial science and Office Administration3 years of receptionist work experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment
