Job purpose

The Process Project Manager supports the Supply Chain Department in all matters related to:

Brewing and Packaging process improvementTroubleshootingQuality Control and Quality Assurance

Though reporting to the Central Quality Assurance Manager, he/she will perform most of the activities at the breweries.
The successful candidates will go through an intensive training program, covering brewing and/or packaging technology and “hands-on” assignments. Successful completion of the training is a necessary condition for the job.
The candidate is expected to stay in the job for a period of 12-18 months, after which he/she will take over a role in Production in one of the three breweries.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

Actively maintain an interest in new technologies and methods, understanding the significance and potential application of these for the breweriesSupport the breweries and the central Quality Team in any process changes, ensuring accurate documentation is preparedCollaborate and work closely together with the Brewing Managers and Packaging ManagersVerify adherence and compliance HEINEKEN rules, standards, and procedures in the brewing and packaging departments; support the breweries in the execution of the action plans and audit the progressVerify adherence and compliance to ISO 22000 and ISO 9000 systems; perform audits when necessary and requestedAssist the breweries in the preparation of loss deployments; participate in TPM improvement teamsParticipate in troubleshooting and process improvement activitiesProvide training when requiredPerform other duties as assignedOther deliverables:

Contribute to the Company’s Health & Safety PolicyTPM: teams facilitator and member whenever requested
