IT Support Officer

1.      Make sure all IT devices in head office are up and running with full capacity satisfying the user’s need.

2.      Address all users’ issues with a prompt response.

3.      Make sure all the Personal Computers are running with software’s that are up to date.

4.      Make sure the NOC display System and server is up every day and control contents displayed.

5.      Support issues that are reported by centers remotely if it can be handled.

6.      Assign issues that are reported by centers to the respective Engineer in shift with co-ordination of service desk.

7.      Make sure all the preventive maintenance is going according to the schedule.

8.      Manage different users in office and make sure they are in domain.

9.       Make sure the proper security policy is applied to all users in office.

10.   Make sure a knowledge transfer happened to users.

Educations: Degree/ Diploma Holder in Computer Science/IT

Work Experience:  At least 2 year experience
