Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all invoices received from Third Party agents - relating to all expenses are processed in Maersk Finance System.
• Ensure adequate and timely follow up of all pending Invoices / Purchase Orders / Good Receipts as per global requirement.
• Monitor Purchase Order creation and Goods Receipt posting activities and communicate with Purchase Order creators for efficiency improvements
• Invoice control with adequate approvals in place

Who we are looking for

• BA degree in Accounting/management or related fields with more than 2 years of experience
• Finance experience, special knowledge of basic accounting is required
• Detailed result oriented behavior
• Prior experience on accounting packages
• Prior work experience in shipping/logistics industry
