Job Description

1. Organize trial-production for new model，summarize the problem;


2. Make the trial-SOP for new model，follow up the improvement for trial-produce problem、push everyone to improve timely，make the trial-produce report.


3. Follow up the first 3 times production to check the trial-SOP and improvement，summarize the problem，make the normal SOP and CAPA after 3 times normal production；


4. Confirm if the packaging way and material is consistent to the customer’s requirement；


5. Make、upgrade and submit the SOP to be controlled，organize the manufacturing engineer to optimize the SOP，；


6. Organize the manufacturing engineer to upgrade CAPA analysis weekly and offer the CAPA to PMC；


7. Make the rework SOP and guide the staff on the assembly line；


8. Make the action plan to improve quality and productivity continuously together with manufacturing engineer；


9. Analyze the customer complaint and call a meeting to make the corrective & preventive action；


10. Summarize the production、order、quality status and customer complaint for each model monthly；

Job Requirements:

• BSc degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related disiplines.


• 0+ Years of experiance.


• Excellent communication skill


• Strong ability to work on a team basis
