Service Development Manager

Job Description

1. Understand the market and customer preference

2. Interpret and convert market research result and AS-IS into product plan

3. Collaborate and involves in the concept refining process to determine product flavor and feature

4. Perform  product development and discuss it with relevant internal and external stakeholders

5. Conduct brainstorming with the concerned internal and external people for product ideation

6. Perform overall product development cycle

7. Conduct users acceptance test

8. Define all business requirements with input from all internal (and external) stakeholders

9.   Translate’ business requirements into financial requirements  and market assessment into volume projections with recommended price to calculate price, revenue and margin

10. Collaborate with the incubation unit to pilot the product/service

11. Draw a lesson from pilot implementation and came up with product improvement

Job Requirements

Education :   BA/MA degree in business fields

Relevant years of experience required: 8/6 years of relevant work experience preferably in product and service development.
