Technical Service Department Manager
Educational Requirement: BSC/Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology from recognized university
Experience: Minimum experience of 9 years for BSC/15 years for Advanced Diploma out of these 3/5 years as Supervisory/Technical Head
position required. Experience in Automotive industry is a plus.
Technical Competencies: Excellent Knowledge and experience in handling and administration of spare parts with wide practical experience in after sales service required.
Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication skill both in Amharic and English, Customer Focused, ability to coordinate and lead technical team at senior level, and problem solving skill.
