Access Real Estate Sc (ARE) is one of the leading real estate companies in Ethiopia and is currently looking to supplement its staff with highly qualified, motivated and independent self starters for the positions noted below.

Senior Real Estate Project Manager

Experienced, technical project manager sought to manage oversight and delivery of multiple real estate construction projects. Will also implement mechanisms and processes to oversee contractors, architects and other professionals throughout the entire life cycle of the construction process.

• BA/BS preferred in related field (i.e. business, engineering, architecture, etc.), Masters degree or MBA a plus.

• At least 5 years in planning, transaction, design development and project management of corporate real estate assets.

• Ability to produce project status reports and deliverables to all stakeholders and senior management.

• Ability to review Architectural, ID fit-out & other designs quickly and make constructive suggestions for improvements

• Experience with large facility construction projects.

Office Manager

An experienced and highly capable Office Manager for its main office. The desired candidate should be able to manage a diverse set of staff and activities including sales, customer care, records keeping (incl. electronic) and HR. In addition, the candidate will oversee administrative staff and functions company wide.

• Applicable degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required

• Prior exposure to the real estate sector a strong plus

• Highly proficient with computer applications such as the MS Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills desired

Executive Assistant

• A top level, energetic and experienced executive assistant to support company executive(s).

• Degree in Administrative Management or equivalent.

• Five years experience applicable experience in support of a senior manager/executive.

• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications

• Interact with external clients

• Co-ordinate project-based work

• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary

Product Development Analyst

Helps to design appropriate products for the company based on a studied understanding of the market, existing product portfolio and applicable financial models

• Knowledge of the real estate and/or construction industry a strong plus

• Well developed analytical skills including financial modeling

• General understanding of urban planning

• AutoCad skills a plus

• Process management

• Ability to direct market surveys, analyze results and integrate into product planning
