District Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise the daily work of the Tecno representatives & sales promoters in your area, including the late, leave early, grooming, performance, to monitor everything to correct;
Assist Tecno representative & sales promoters selling products; establishing and preserving good relationship with outlet owners, and timely collect the sales information;
Responsible for the key outlet service that in charge and give training for the representative and sales promoter.
Execute marketing programs to help outlet, actively implement the promotional activities, and organize the promotion; follow up the execution of marketing programs, summarized sales results.
manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities of the assigned region.
conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
expand and develop marketing platforms
manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Other related assignments to be given by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:

BA degree or above education; with age 35 below;
2+ years staff management, preferably with marketing and selling environment
Marketing or Sales related professional.
Good at Microsoft office software and data analysis.
Can give presentation and speech as well
Love the mobile phone industry;
One year marketing work experience or above;
The strong execution, responsive, good communication, love sales work;
Conform to the related regulations of the company.
Can work under the pressure.
