MSc. Or above in Transport Disciplines (e.g. transport planning, transport engineering, transport economics, traffic engineering, and the like): with more than 4 years of experience in educational institutions as instructor or higher posts; who has the exposure and ability to communicate and develop partnership with international and local educational and training institutes; who has been involved in the development of or who has developed curriculum and training programs for students or trainees; who has an understanding and touch on the local transport system, institutes and agencies of Addis Ababa City
