Senior Programme Officer

Specific Responsibilities

Assist team members in all outlets build capacity through facilitative supervision, on job training, coaching and responding to emerging issuesEnsure each of the task centres maintain and comply with established quality control standards in line with the country and MSI standardsEnsure quality services are provided in all outletsFacilitate referral and follow-up of critical or complicated medical cases for clinics, outreach, and franchisees in handling.Remain vigilant to supporting task centres with clinical and technical advice as and when needed by the medical team.Ensure MSIE clinical staff gets appropriate training and supervision of the service they are required to provideDocument relevant best practices for share among team members working in the AreaProvide necessary technical and clinical support to the Area ManagerCompile and produce area based activity and performance reports on monthly, quarterly and annual reportsFacilitate, follow-up and respond to the needs of task centres for supplies, commodities arising from centres, outreach and Social franchising teams.Participate in the planning and review meetings of the Area officeNetwork and liaise with government and NGO partners to enhance collaborationRepresent area manager in his/her absence
