Contracts Manager - Ethiopia

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to start work immediately on a hydro-electric dam in Ethiopia. The role would require the individual to work both on site in Ethiopia as well as in the office headquarters in Rome.

Essential Requirements:

-10-15 years experience as a Contracts Manager working in Construction companies

-FIDIC knowledge

Daily Activities:

Liaising with clients to discuss development requirementsDeveloping budget and work time estimatesCreating an invoice detailing work conductedDiscussing any further structural development neededAiding in the planning process and briefing construction staff on their rolesMonitoring construction process and quashing any strife that may ariseKeeping details of construction workWorking with a variety of construction membersWorking on construction sites
