We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced monitoring and evaluation professional to join our Girl Hub team in Ethiopia. Girl Hub’s mission is to empower the 250 million adolescent girls living in poverty to reach their full potential. Girl Hub is a strategic collaboration between DFID and the Nike Foundation. With headquarters in London, we currently operate in Rwanda, Nigeria and Ethiopia. Ethiopia’s growth and expansion in recent years has been among the most impressive on the African continent and Addis is a vibrant and exciting city in which to live and work. Girl Hub Ethiopia is a part of DFID Ethiopia and shares its characteristic as a high-performing, dynamic and committed team.

The Senior MLR Manager will work with Girl Hub's cross-functional team (including Insights, Brand, Communications & Girl Specialists), and with local and international partners. The role will be responsible for coordinating the collection of data for Girl Hub Ethiopia, ensuring tracking of success indicators and leading on our knowledge management strategy and practice. The successful candidate will work with MLR colleagues across the organization to promote engagement in the rigorous use of evidence-based learning, ensuring that Girl Hub has a strong reputation amongst the international development community.

This is an expatriate appointment. Relocation and immigration support will therefore be offered to the successful candidate, which includes: Provision of the first month's accommodation; a return business flight at the start and end of the contract; one additional R&R flight midway through the contract; comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
