Bookmark and Share  Last date of Submission : 30 Jan 2011 Skill Set : Programme Management  The Chief of Party will ensure strong cooperation and collaboration with other USG partners, USAID and other HIV/AIDS partners.
Coordinate and collaborate with USAID’s Health Team in Ethiopia.
Program and financial planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Develop and set-up administrative and financial operations to support international and local NGOs and the project.
Submit timely progress and financial reports to USAID and Pact headquarters.
Set-up financial and monitoring systems for reporting to Pact headquarters and USAID Mission. 

Qualifications :

MPH/MPA/MBA or masters in relevant field.
Demonstrated experience as a senior manager (a minimum of fifteen years) of complex USAID-funded grants programs
Minimum of five years prior grant management experience in East Africa a plus.
Ten years’ experience in managing HIV/AIDS programs and health related projects; community level programming a plus.
In depth knowledge of USAID regulations, systems and procedures for managing complex grants programs with many sites, partners and customers is mandatory.
Strong program/grants management, financial, audit and computers skills are mandatory, as are strong written and oral communications skills.
Knowledge of all aspects of community-based HIV/AIDS programming with a special focus on HIV/AIDS in East
Africa/ Ethiopia including prevention of HIV transmission; advocacy work; community mobilization in resource-constrained countries.
Proven skills in building organizational capacity in HIV/AIDS and/or program and grants management.
