Chief of Party - Trade Capacity Building in Ethiopia Deloitte Consulting LLP Deloitte is seeking senior level technical experts to lead and support an upcoming USG procurement in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This procurement will address ICT and customs regulatory reforms to streamline and modernize the current system, as well as support WTO accession efforts. The goal is to improve the overall capacity of trade in Ethiopia. Job Description The Chief of Party will work at the highest levels of government including the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOTI), the Ethiopian Customs and Revenue Authority (ERCA) as well as the World Trade Organization (WTO) and World Customs Organization (WCO) over the next 3- 5 years. The Chief of Party will be responsible for working to modernize the ERCA, building capacity of MOTI, and assisting with efforts to accede into the WTO. The position will be based in Addis Ababa.
