The Intuitional Development and Capacity Building (IDCB) Specialist will report to the Program Coordinator. He/she will lead researched and instituional development support consulting projects. . The IDCB Specialist will be responsible for defining institutional development strategies including SWOT, TNA and GAP Analysis across NGOs, governmental ministries and other community-based instituations. He/she will develop proposals on capacity building consultancy works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce a capacity building and organisational development strategy for relevant institutions working in rural and urban poverty reduction and resilience buildingConduct training needs assessments, GAP and SWOT analysis among the relevant institutions with the aim of developing tailored plans which will improve revenue management and understanding of poverty reduction and resilience buildingServe as part of the senior project management team in assisting the program coordinator in identifying consulting projects in the earea of institutional capacity buildingOversee and facliate capcity building traning projects
