2673/01: Programme Manager, Ethiopia

WYG International has been selected to tender for the project 'Service Contract to Technical Assistance Unit for the Civil Society Fund II in Ethiopia'. We are currently seeking a Key Expert 1: Programme Manager to take part in this tender. The position will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 

The Programme Manager should have the following qualifications and experience:

General Professional Experience

Specific Professional Experience

Proven experience in designing and managing capacity building programmes in relation to broadly defined civil society;Knowledge of civil society structure and operations and government policies in Ethiopia would be an asset;Experience in grants management and in design and management of calls for proposals;Functional knowledge of EDF procedures.The project is expected to commence in September 2012 and will be 42 months in duration. The Programme Manager will be required for an input of 770 days over this period.
