Administration & Finance Dept Manager

Job Description
Coordinates the preparation of annual budget and strategic financial plan of the
organization and monitors the financial plan implementation and controls budget
utilization;

Ensures timely preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance to the needs of principals and generally accepted accounting principles, gets the statements timely audited and ensures all auditors comments are implemented;Ensures all financial and accounting data are properly recorded, documented and maintained in such a way that they will be available for future use;Ensures that all revenues and receivables are collected and deposited in Company’s account in time.Ensures that all the Company’s financial obligations are timely met and all disbursements are made in accordance to financial policies and procedures;Assesses and periodically analyzes the financial situation of the company and provides financial advisers to the General Manager;Ensures all the company’s fixed assets and properties are registered in accordance to generally accepted accounting principles and ascertains that they get proper insurance coverage;Provides to management, policies, objectives and procedures related to financial activities to achieve consistent financial reporting, planning, analysis, and budgeting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Ensures all working unit staff possess the required skill and competencies through a strategic human resource development programs and evaluate the impacts of strategic human resource development programs on the overall organizational performance;Performs new staff recruitment, promotion, transfer and termination of employees in accordance to its delegated level of authority and the Labor Law and Collective Agreement and ascertains recruitments, selections and promotions handled by delegated working units and branches are in accordance to the HRM rules, the Labor Law and Collective Agreement;Performs all other related duties that are necessary for the achievement of the business objective of the company.
