To plan and oversee Routine Operating Activities To supervising the laying of the bituminous concrete Checking the quality of the bed prepared, cross section preparation & inspecting the work done regularly To ensuring that the road work done is as per the planned thickness To Prepare the daily work schedules and monitor its progress To supervise the work going on at site To coordinate with the sub contractors to get the work done & monitor their progress Ensure controlling of the wastages of resources at site To coordinate with the quality control department & project manager Maintaining records of the work done at site & prepare regular progress reports Any other works assigned by the Management from time to time.
