Regional Manager

Kifiya Financial Technology is a Digital Finance and Payment Services’ Provider, delivering customer centric products to simplify transactions.  Kifiya leverages innovative technology to build and enable distribution channels that make financial and non-financial services affordable and accessible. The company’s services allow Financial Institutions, Corporates, International Organizations, NGOs and Government institutions to deliver their services to customers more efficiently, and for the consumers to easily access and make transactions simple. Currently we are engaged on Digital payment service, Digital Financial service, Mobile Money service, Distribution services and Micro – Insurance.

Kifiya is currently looking for a qualified and competent Regional Manager on a permanent employment term with an attractive salary and benefit packages.

Main Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for overall management and control of Direct Channel activities within all the regions (i.e. N, E, W, S & Central). In addition, the regional manager will be responsible for research undertaking and strategically leading the day to day operation.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Identify and plan for raining and capacity building programs


•  Monitor and evaluate performance of the regions


• Undertake intensive operation research


• Set target and Provide Work directions


•  Co-ordinates activities within the regions


•  Provide consolidated Report of overall activities of the regions


• Provide solutions and support to escalated operational challenges


• Stakeholders Relationship management (regions)


• Liaison communication between the head office departments and the centers

The Regional Manager will be able to make decisions concerning overall performance and sale strategies with approval from the Direct Channel Manager. He will report to the Direct Channel Manager in regards to overall performance as well as the daily/weekly and monthly strategies

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• BA degree in Economics, Business Administration or related business fields

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 Years work experience

• Leadership and managerial skills
