Our client is one of the leading fashion retail company in Turkey. For its development of future expansion plans we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Being a part of a team to define lay out /store design of the store in order to create a warm, friendly and approachable atmosphere for its existing and potential customers;
- Implementing effective design ideas to increase store traffic and sales volume;
- Setting up,developing and controlling the windows and in store design procedures;
- Controlling the use of the promotion area in the stores;
- Auditing the windows, shelves and models design applications;
- Defining the seasonal action plan according to the collection theme;
- Implementing the standardization concerning all the VM activities, following the labelling activities;
- Training, developping, auditing VM teams in order to optimize the application of all VM strategies in the Head Quarter as well as in th stores;
- Creating new projects, preparing feasibilities and managing the VM budgets.

Aradigimiz profil
The successful candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:

- Minimum six (6) years of experience in retail sector;
- Open-minded, initiative-taker, creative;
- Analytical mind, eager to develop;
- Very strong fashion sensitivity;
- Providing others with constructive feedbacks to help in their development;
- Highly motivated leader and good team player;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
