Responsible for prepare leave status as per section/divisionResponsible for prepare leave status of workers according to ratioResponsible for maintain WPC, Grievance Handling, Health Committee’s activities and arrange meeting of all committee & kept all record properly. Finally feed back to allResponsible for prepare training plan & awareness program of workers. (First Aider, Newly Recruited workers, etc.)Responsible for maintain medical room.a. Prepare monthly medicine requisition for medical room and taken approval from management and submitted to general store for purchase.b. Received medicine from general store as per requisition.c. Distribution medicine to medical room as per required requisition.d. Maintain regularly stock of medicine & checked with register.Responsible for maintain First Aid System of the companyResponsible for maintain maternity leave systemResponsible for maintain & control of child care room.Responsible for maintain and check all documents accordingly & keep record properly.Responsible for maintain P.A.
