Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for developing a customized strategy which delivers engaging, relevant and useful content that is promoted in a local context ways. He/ She Monitors performance of executed events and activation’s in the territory, making contingency plans where necessary to meet goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Derive the territory based trade plan from the general marketing plan that delivers great benefits to the region and execution.
- Own and land the territory activation plan periodically and work collaboratively with brand ambassadors.
- Running and facilitating small events in the territory.
- Developing a customized strategy which delivers engaging, relevant and useful content that is promoted in a local context ways.
- Review the promotional program for continuous improvement.
- Manages allocated point of sales material for the territory
- Collaborates with regional sales managers and other team to build sales promotions and brand value communication
- Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure all Trade and territory initiatives are aligned.
- Ensures that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and outlets.
- Gathering and acting on customer insight. (Work with insight manager and colleagues to leverage insight delivering the best plans for customers.)
- Territory reviews focused on pipeline and opportunity movement.
- Communicate timelines and manage delivery of customer focused trade initiatives
- Lead all conversations around the trade plan influencing the team.
- Develop and pilot a creative event
- Monitor performance of executed events and activation’s in the territory, making contingency plans where necessary to meet goals.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing Management/Business Administration or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing settings OR equivalent;
- Excellent communication.
