• Job Summary
  

  The incumbent is responsible for Planning, monitoring, and following up to ensure repair and maintenance of POS . He/ She manages POS prevention and maintenance schedules and respond to urgent maintenance calls from territory

  
  

  Main duties and responsibilities

  
  
  • Maintain POS material , and arrange physical space and distribution systems for a territories
  
  
  •  Provide relevant information to departments in creating new items inside the point-of-sale system
  
  
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing
  
  
  •  Planning, monitoring, and following up to ensure repair and maintenance OF POS.
  
  
  • Manage POS prevention and maintenance schedules and respond to urgent maintenance calls from territory
  
  
  • Inform the replenishment and execution of periodical POS dispatch  programs
  
  
  • Collect information on the status of  POS items from the market in collaboration with the brand ambassadors and Providing regular updates on progress and status of development and distribution
  
  
  • Managing assigned property contracts and maintenance activities including relevant inspections.
  
  
  • Facilitate payment for maintenance service
  
  
  • Assist on Codifying of the POS items and Proper Handling of POS item Documentation (eg. Agreement Documents, POS Tags ,lists and follow up sheet …etc)
  
  
  • Reconcile and Report the POS Stock Report given by the warehouse manager Vs the Documents periodically and upon Request.
  
  

 Job Requirements

• BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing Management/ Business Administration or related fields.


• 1 year relevant work experience  for Degree holders, and 3 years for Diploma holders.
