TIMEX Trading P.L.C is a private company engaged in import/export business that sells heavy earth moving equipment such as, excavator, vibrator as well as  huge and small generator and also some small home use and construction equipment such as water pumps, mixer etc…..

Job description

• Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.


• Ensure supplies are ordered for each job.


• Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct.


• Provide oversight and check job estimates.


• Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Director – Operations.


• Act as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the business as requested.


• Identify client’s needs and explain/demonstrate the services to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used.


• Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Work with the Directors to investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions.


• Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.


•  Expected to re structuring the work shop .

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Have a good knowledge and experience on light and heavy constriction equipments and generators


• B.sc Degree in Mechanical Engineer

Work Experience:

• 6 years among these 2 years as managerial level
