1. Branch Manager
Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Qualification Required & Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with four(4)/ six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be at supervisory level.

2. Customer Service Supervisor
Job Purpose: To enable the Branch deliver its services effectively by authorizing transaction, maintaining and reconciling transaction records, and keeping and controlling instruments and other assets. The position also enhances the Branch’s growth and service delivery by maintaining good customer relation, responding to customer issues, and cross selling the Bank’s produces and financial services
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.

3. E-Banking Customer/Business/ Development Officer
Job Purpose: To acquire, develop and retain customers of the Bank’s alternative delivery channels and ensure service delivery is as per the required service standard; with review of achieving the Bank’s customer base and transaction growth and customer retention objectives
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in, Economics, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.

4. Jr. E-Banking Customer/Business/ Development Officer
