Job Description
The Human Asset Management (Human Resource Management) and Administration Manger is responsible for the design & / or revision of the company’s structure, job structure, job evaluation & salary scale construction & administration. The Manger is also responsible for optimal utilization of human resource, follow up & supervision of the proper & uniform implementation of human resource policies & procedures in all processes of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for the provision of centralized personnel administration, manpower development, organization & salary structure, job evaluation & labor relation activities.
• Ensures effective human resource management activities which are applied in the company.
• Responsible for the Design & / or revision of appropriate organization structure.
• Responsible for the construction & proper implementation of salary scale of the company.
• Coordinate & supervise the preparation & proper implementation of the Company staff plan.
• Coordinate & supervise manpower & managerial training & development activities
• Assesses the employment, planning & development programs of human resources & take corrective action.
• Coach and coordinate the activities of personnel, managerial & supervisory development & training activities & measure its impact on the performance of the company.
• Provides interpretation, advice & guidance services on policies, procedures, contractual & legislated requirements associated with the groups functional responsibilities.
• Prepare & maintain standards, policies & procedures for the process activities.
• Prepare & administer annual budget of the process.
• Coach and coordinate the works of staff engaged in the group’s work through developing & recommending the work plans & programs, objectives & resource requirement organizing, reviewing, scheduling, assigning & monitoring of work projects.
• Dealing with & making recommendations to management on personnel & labor relations including staff selection, performance reviews, training & development, disciplinary actions, employee complaints, disputes & termination.
• Assesses & monitors the process performance, services for effectiveness & efficiency in achieving its objectives in accordance with standards & measures. Re-directs activities as appropriate to achieve these objectives.
• Liaisons with internal & external persons concerning the performance of the process.
• Perform other related duties and activities as directed.
Job Requirements:
BA/ MA/MBA in Human Resource Management/ Pubic Administration/ Management with 21 /19 years of experience out of which 3 years must be in manufacturing industries.
