Job Description
Checking-in and Checking-out room guests as per Luxury Collection Standard. Responsible for all in house guest formalities from arrivalto departure. Ensure all guests receive the highest quality of service focusing on courtesy, recognition and efficiency as per the service standards of the hotel at all times.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Front Office Operations, Hospitality Supervision.
Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management; Management; Marketing Management; Business Administration/Education is required
EXPERIENCE:
Relevant work experience in customer service related operation is advantageous.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
A minimum of “B” grade in English in Ethiopian School Leaving Certificate Examination (ESLCE) is required. Fluent in English language conversation, well spoken, read, write, and understand English. Another foreign language is desirable. Additional language French, Arabic and Chinese are highly advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Read, write, comprehend & well conversant in English to facilitate effective communication process,
Must possess good computer application skills,
Excellent knowledge of products and services provided by the hotel,
Good organizational and planning skills,
Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments,
Must be highly flexible with working hours,
