1. Head, Resources Management Department
This Head would be responsible to lead the Resources management unit consists of Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, stores, Logistics and fleet administrations sections of the organization.
Some of her/his responsibilities would be:
The service is accountable to:
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and directs the HR and general service activities of SCV: TRIAE;
- Proposes appropriate property management system and implements when approved;
- Controls the legality/formality of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment’s;
- Recruits the required staff for TRIAE and administers the staff, Works on to crate motivated and stable work force;
- Automates HR database system, Plans for automation HR system and give training on system automation and carry out on implementation and Prepare internal and external trainings;
- Proposes and maintains an integrated accounting and financial management system;
- Undertakes all financial transactions as per the approved procedures and guidelines of SCV:TRIAE,
- Monitors whether all financial expenditures are according to the approved plans and budget of SCV:TRIAE,
- Controls the use of SCV: TRIAE finance to ensure that they are expended in accordance with applicable laws and standards
- Responsible for maintaining Ledgers and journals, bank deposits and reconciliation, coordination of financial information systems:
- Reviews and Checks the final preparation of financial statements, budgets, periodical financial reports and recommends appropriate management actions for farther performance improvement.
Master / First Degree in Business Management/Accounting/ Management with 8/10 years work experience respectively.
2. Junior Accountant
Some of her/his responsibilities would be:
- Posts entries and maintains appropriate accounting records
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items.
- Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, using typewriter or computer.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and follow-up to correct discrepancies (if any).
- Performs other related duties as assigned
