Summary Scope of Work:

The Academic Dean participates in curriculum development/adaptation, and takes part in the development and implementation of relevant guidelines and policy documents. S/he reviews teaching-learning process, and ensures a smooth flow of the training programs as per the work plan. S/he assigns, and evaluates performance of staff under her/his supervision, and assumes other related activities given by the Managing director.

Required Qualifications & Experiences: Masters degree in health sciences, Management, Educational planning and Mgt, Business administration, Governance, leadership, and other related disciplines from Accredited HEI with minimum of two years of teaching and/or administrative experience after his/her Master’s degree.
Salary: Negotiable
