Job purpose

Leading the planned maintenance team, execution of all planned maintenance activities planned by the maintenance engineering staff in a safe way and conform standards.

Key responsibilities

Create a safe working environment during the execution of all planned maintenance activitiesDevelop the planned maintenance team by discipline, leadership and coachingExecute all planned maintenance activities as described in the planned maintenance plans Create a hygienic environment after maintenance execution and ensure 5S Meet the scheduled maintenance plan during periodic stops and overhaulsMake sure that TPM procedures are carried out; participate in one or more pillars and teams to improve technical downtime Optimization of workforce for both internal and external staffGive feedback on preventive maintenance plans and work orders. Suggest improvements for maintenance plans and spare part stock level

Experience & skills required

Education: (level) BSC Mechanical Engineering, BSC Electrical Engineering

Experience: 6 years in maintenance, 3 years in leadership role

Language: English C1

Computer: basic skills (Windows, Word and Excel)
