Position:- Secretary
Responsibilities;
• Insure the day to day running ofall business operations and provide confidential administrative support to the executive committee.
• Perform various aspects related to the administrative functions for the office.
• Take and transcribe dictation, type correspondence, greet visitors, answer telephone calls, organize conferences and meetings.
• Receive incoming correspondence and determine proper direction, action for incoming mails, direct customers to appropriate staff members, resolve customer service complaints
• Provide secretarial support duties including word processing, filing, composing cover letters, preparation of some client contact and manage.
• Analyze and summarize reports. Other duties include bill paying, ordering supplies etc.
• Coordinate daily operations and handle office tasks such as correspondence, committee and General Assembly minutes. File management and database administration.
• Draft letters, memos and short reports of administrative nature as required.
• Maintain up to date record of all staff and members’ addresses.
• Ensure that the office facilities and equipment are always in good condition, and undertake prompt repair as required.
• Ensure that office supplies required are always available in the office.
Salary: Negotiable
