The Consulting firm should fulfill the following
· A team of a minimum of post-graduate degree in Education, Economics and statistics; or Social work, economics and statistics with sound knowledge in basic education and food security programs.
· Excellent understanding and experience in basic education program and child protection.
· Adequate experience and evidence of evaluation research in similar projects.
· High quality writing and reporting skills and proven records of in different research areas.

Interested applicants should submit two separate sealed documents in which one document should include the technical proposal including curriculum vitae of the proposed professional(s) with supporting document that shows previous work experience. The second document should include professional fee on the basis of daily rates, VAT and perdiem costs, as well as transport costs separately for the stated work along with copy of renewed Consultancy License to the above mentioned address of Save the Children, Ethiopia Country Office, before or on August 19, 2015, at 2:00 P.M in the box ready for this purpose. The procurement committee will open the bid.
