Job Description

REPORTS TO: Assistant Hub Manager

PROJECT: Supply Chain Management System (SCMS)

DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: Until June 30, 2016

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure, by providing the required TA that logistics data are collected in time; quality of data are properly monitored, validated, maintained and to facilitate the bi-monthly re-supply process.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow the timely sending of RRFs by sites (HF, WoHO, ZHD, and RHB); remind those sites which are likely to send their RRFs after the due date.


• Review, check and analyze the quality of received RRFs for accuracy, completeness and other data quality indicators.


• Share the routine data quality analysis result with the AHM for appropriate intervention


• Support the PFSA’s responsible person to appropriately file the RRFs.


• Maintain a good record of site’s performance data related profile.


• As required and when necessary, provide technical assistance to data generation sites (on RRF preparation and maintenance of data quality).


• Maintain a good record of data in relation to PEPFAR procured commodities (inventory, distribution status, expiry, etc.). Always maintain a good record of data and supply the same to either SCMS or PFSA to make logistics decision.


• Prepare and submit regular reports to the PFSA hub manager and/or SCMS’s AHM.


• Revise the distribution route maps and schedule delivery with the AHM and PFSA staff


• Work with the hub to facilitate the distribution of PEPFAR funded products including PMTCT items to SDPs


• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by PFSA hub manager and/or SCMS Assistant Manager.

 Job Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy;


• Proven experience providing technical assistance  PFSA


• Strong initiative and self-motivation required


• Computer literacy with competence in Word, Excel.
