PSI/Ethiopia seeks Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator who is motivated, creative, enthusiastic and resourceful professional who will lead the Monitoring and Evaluation activities based in Jimma and surrounding areas.


Your contribution


  •  Support Area Program Team in implementing PSI programs including town level combination prevention to meet annual program targets and deliverables in towns.

  • Participate in annual corridor and regional plans including program work-plan, procurement and budget in accordance with overall PSI and program/s strategy and objectives.

  • Support in developing Local Implementing Partners (LIPs) annual work plan and budget.

  • Carryout all regular programmatic data collection, data cleaning, data compilation, and data submission to the Area Program Manager and Data Quality Advisor at Head Office.

  • Ensure timely submission of data by LIPs and PSI/E from and to relevant regional government structures of RHAPCOs/RHBs in accordance with national guidelines.

  • Support the deployment and correct utilization of innovative electronic and capture systems and protocols.

  • Lead all programmatic data archiving and filing for PSI/E at the regional level.

  • Provide trainings, capacity building and technical support to LIPs, private, public, NGOs Network facilities, RHAPCOs/RHBs and other partners.

  •   Support PSI/E regional staff, regional GoE structures and LIPs with supportive supervision of program activities, data collection and data compilation activities.

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional supportive supervision and data quality audits among all partners within the region/corridor.

  • Support the Area Program Manager with regional/corridor work plan development and monitoring activities.

  • Provide PSI/E’s regional staff and partners with routine data analysis and feedback.

  • Ensure timely submission of data by LIPs to the lower structure of RHAPCOs/RHBs and other sectorial offices as needed and help the process of data reconciliation in the region/corridor.

  • Perform any other related activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.



Your background


Credibility. You have a bachelor degree in Public Health, Statistics, Population Studies, Economics or related field. You have 4 years of experience in health related areas.


Advocacy. You use your experience of time management and organizational skills effectively to make sure the best interest of technical project implementation.
